1 chicken breast chopped into chunks 1 red bell pepper large dice 1 green bell pepper large dice 1 white onion large dice 2 ¼ cups (100 g) mushrooms ¼ zucchini or Italian courgette 4 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce 1 tbsp ground garlic 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil Salt, pepper, oregano to taste

Pieces of onion, red pepper, green pepper, mushroom, zucchini, and chicken should be inserted sequentially onto skewer sticks until the sticks are nearly filled.

Combine olive oil, minced garlic, and soy sauce. To taste, incorporate salt, pepper, and oregano. After preparing the skewer sticks, marinate or season them with the marinade mixture.

Select Bake on the Instant Vortex control interface and adjust the temperature to 340°F (170ºC) for a duration of 10 minutes.

Add the skewers when the message "Add Food" appears.

After the allotment of time has elapsed, rotate the skewers to brown the opposite side.

And re-bake at 340°F (170°C) for an additional 10 minutes.
