Chicken Salad Sandwich Recipe

– ½ cup mayonnaise – ▢2 tablespoons Dijon mustard – ▢1 teaspoon garlic powder – ▢2 teaspoons red wine vinegar – ▢2 tablespoons chopped dill – ▢2 cups cooked chicken chopped or shredded


Get the dressing ready. Put the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, red wine vinegar, and chopped dill in a big bowl and mix them together using a whisk.

Add the cooked chicken, diced celery, grapes cut in half, and diced red onion to the bowl with the sauce. Make sure to mix the ingredients well so that the sauce covers everything evenly.

To put together the sandwiches, cut the croissants in half horizontally to make a top and a bottom

Finish the Sandwiches: To finish the sandwiches, put the top half of each bun on top of the chicken salad.

On the bottom half of each croissant, put a leaf of butter lettuce. Put a lot of the chicken salad mixture on top of the greens.
