Country-Style Steak

– 1 cup all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper – 1 teaspoon seasoned salt – ¼ teaspoon garlic powder (Optional) – 1 pound beef cube steaks – ½ cup olive oil – 2 cups beef broth

Ingredients

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, black pepper, seasoned salt, and flour.

Cover the cube steaks completely with the flour mixture. Press the flour onto the steaks to make sure it sticks well.

Fry the cube steaks in a pan for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown all over. Put the steaks in a baking dish that is 9x12 inches.

Mix the seasoned flour that was saved with the beef broth until it is smooth.

Add the beef broth mix to the baking dish with the cube steaks. Put aluminium foil over the baking dish and bake in a hot oven for an hour.
