Crispy Garlic Parmesan Salmon

– 4 salmon fillets – 1 tbsp Dijon mustard – ⅔ cup panko – ⅓ cup parmesan – 1 tbsp chives, chopped – 4 cloves garlic minced – 1 lemon zested – 2 tbsp olive oil – ¼ cup butter unsalted and melted – Salt and pepper to taste

Set aside a mixture of panko, parmesan, scallions, garlic, lemon, and olive oil.

Dredge the salmon fillets in the previous mixture after brushing them with butter.

Select Air Fry from the Instant Vortex control interface, then adjust the temperature to 395°F (200°C) and time to 25 minutes.

Select Start. To prepare the sauce, combine 1 tablespoon of mustard and 2 tablespoons of butter; season with salt and pepper and incorporate well.

Immediately upon removal from the oven, dot with butter and serve.

Serve with butter immediately after removing from the oven.
