Crispy Parmesan Tomatoes Recipe

3 large tomatoes ½ cup breadcrumbs ½ cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tbsp olive oil ½ tsp dried oregano ½ tsp dried basil 1 tsp salt Balsamic glaze (optional)


Prepare the tomatoes by slicing them and mixing breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, olive oil, and herbs. 

Preheat the air fryer to 325°F/162.78°C while assembling the breadcrumb-topped tomato slices. 

Carefully arrange the coated tomato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. 

Once preheated, place the tomatoes in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes. 

1. After cooking, transfer the crispy tomatoes to a serving platter. 2. Enhance their flavor by drizzling with balsamic glaze for a tangy finish.

Serve these delicious air-fried tomatoes immediately as a flavorful appetizer or side dish.
