1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour (can also use whole wheat) 1 cup (240 g) plain Greek yogurt (no added sugar) Salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp baking powder 1 egg, beaten with 1 tsp water Sesame Seeds, for garnish

Baking powder, salt, and pepper are combined in a basin with the flour.
