Ingredients

– 4 eggs – 2 cups (500 ml) milk – ½ tsp salt – ¾ cup (150 g) light brown sugar – 1 tsp cinnamon – ½ tsp vanilla extract – 1 large baguette cut into slices – 2 tbsp (20 g) whole oats – 1 tsp poppy seeds – ½ cup (80 g) blueberries – maple syrup to taste, for serving

Combine the eggs, milk, salt, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla in a basin. Soak the bread slices for a few seconds in the basin containing the slices.

Spread half of the bread segments onto the bottom of an 8-inch (20-centimeter) preheated baking dish.

For this, you may utilize the removable round baker from the Instant Pot.

After spreading half of the blueberries over the bottom layer, proceed to arrange the remaining bread slices on top of the blueberries.

If any remaining liquid remains, drizzle it onto the bread. Subsequently, incorporate the remaining half of the blueberries, two tablespoons (20 grams), and the poppy seeds.

nsert the stainless steel inner container, followed by the rack and 1 cup of water, into the Instant container®.
