Kale Guacamole

– 3 leaves curly kale, stems removed – 3 ripe avocados – ¼ cup diced red onion, rinsed – ¼ cup diced cilantro – zest of 1 lime, juice of 2 limes – ½ teaspoon sea salt – ½ teaspoon ground cumin, optional – diced jalapeño, optional

Ingredients

Put a steamer basket in a pot with an inch of water and bring it to a boil.

Add the kale to the steamer basket, cover it, and steam it for 30 seconds to 1 minute until it turns really green.

Take out the kale and put it on some kitchen towels to dry. You can chill it in the freezer for 5 minutes to cool it down faster. Then, chop it up really finely.

Put all the ingredients in a big bowl. Mix and mash everything together until it's well combined.

Taste it and add more seasoning if you want
